Hospitality is the Family Business
Blossom Kawlewski, pictured above, was the captain of our team for a long time, and we wish her all the best as she steps away to spend time with her growing family. Blossom is irreplaceable but if anyone can handle the job, it's our new Events & Catering Coordinator, Maddie Midgarden. Maddie has been with us for 8+ years, has grown in every role we've asked of her, and spent months training for this promotion. Your event is in good hands with Maddie!
Lucas is the owner of Culinary Concepts. He was just crazy enough to purchase it in the middle of the pandemic and still has zero regrets! He's been in the hospitality industry since high school and an entrepreneur for nearly as long. Lucas also owns The Cactus in Perham and Voyager Lanes in Detroit Lakes. His expertise lies in providing great tasting food using his own delicious recipes, along with a comfortable atmosphere. His lovely wife, Amy, and daughters, Hope and Kira, often help out, so you might see them at your event. On the rare occasions Lucas isn't working, he enjoys traveling with family and pontooning with a Coors banquet in hand. When Lucas is around, you're going to have a good time! He brings fun and energy wherever he goes.
