Our Story

Hospitality is the Family Business

Blossom Kawlewski grew up in the family restaurant business and she is passionate about celebrating life's events.  Blossom helped start Culinary Concepts and has been our Events Manager since day one.  She has a special eye for detail and believes food should be delicious and Pinterest-worthy!  She has coordinated events ranging from small wine-pairing dinners to luxurious weddings, at almost every venue in the area.  When Blossom isn't planning events at work she's likely planning one for her family.  Whether it's a dinner party, lake day or a family birthday party, Blossom loves hosting and never cuts corners.

Lucas is the owner of Culinary Concepts.  He was just crazy enough to purchase it in the middle of a pandemic and has zero regrets!  He's been in the hospitality industry since high school and an entrepreneur for nearly as long.  Lucas also owns The Cactus, Voyager Lanes, and recently sold Papacito's Burritos.  His expertise lies in providing great tasting food with his own delicious recipes, and a comfortable vibe.  His lovely wife, Amy, and daughters, Hope and Kira, often help out so you might see them at your event. On the rare occasions Lucas isn't working, he enjoys traveling with family and pontooning with a Coors banquet in hand.  When Lucas is around, you're going to have a good time.  He brings energy and fun to everything he does.
